The Online Business Guidebook (OBG) is a practical go-to-guide for entrepreneurs kicking off their businesses. The OBG is organized very well, and breaks down the entire project/process of launching an online business in a clear and well defined step-by-step methodology. Each time a suggestion is made (logo creation, domain hosting, payment processing, etc.) the book provides a list of recommended vendors and service providers to aid in the search of a solution. The OBG also provides pointers if the reader wishes to dive deeper into a particular subject, in order to gain a better understanding of otherwise complicated concepts (accounting, taxes and payroll).
By laying out content in a clear and concise manner, the OBG provides a remarkable amount of insight and advice to assist even the least tech-savvy among us. Most importantly – to this reader – the OBG provides perspective that has eased some of the trepidation I have had when considering starting an online business.
